HLAA Partnering to Support the Hearing Aid Project
For the second year in a row, HLAA has again chosen to partner with Sertoma and the Hearing Charities of America® (HCOA) to raise money for Sertoma’s scholarships or HCOAs Hearing Aid Project. Donations raised by a Walk4Hearing team are then shared with their selected National Alliance Partner, and HLAA donates 40% of the money to that Partner!
So how does this work for you? When you sign up for a walk team, you can select Sertoma’s Scholarship Fund or HCOA’s Hearing Aid Project from the list of National Alliance Partners. HLAA will donate 40% of the money your team raises to your selected project.
The great news is that you do not have to have a Walk4Hearing in your local area. You or your club can walk virtually and raise money to help HLAA, our scholarships, and our hearing aid assistance program. You can sign up as a virtual team for any Walk4Hearing event across the nation, or you can make a day of it and walk in person at any Walk4Hearing events. A list of locations and dates are below.
